Wade joined the company in March 2008. Previously, he was with IBM, beginning in 1997, where he served as a user experience architect, overseeing global execution plans for the company’s small business systems offerings. He was responsible for designing user process and experience for all products. He holds several patents, has been an IBM Excel award winner, and has received awards from the Society for Technical Communication. Earlier in his career, Wade held a variety of positions in the media industry, with newspaper, TV, and radio firms. He also has developed brand and marketing strategies as a consultant for a variety of clients in professional sports, music, retail, and sports recreation.

He spends much of his spare time flyfishing the world-class streams of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and following his kids’ activities (hockey, dance, gymnastics, baseball, and the list goes on). He’s still pondering the wonderment of who thought up the perfect relationship of peanut butter with jelly.
