"Localization Issue - NOTE: app update correcting this problem now available at App Store!"
Is Your Application Crashing, at Launch or Otherwise?
We have become aware that some iPhone users have been reporting apps they download on the App Store will not install and/or launch, or will crash at other times. While Apple figures out what the problem is, there are some things you can do that will usually fix the problem. Try these steps, in the following order, until your problem is corrected:
1. Reboot your iPhone twice (hold down the power and home buttons for 10 seconds).
2. If that fails to fix your problem, then re-download a fresh copy of the application. To do that, go back into the App Store (either on the iPhone or in iTunes from your computer) and click "Buy Now". Don't worry that you have already purchased the app -- you'll see a message asking you if you want to re-download it now for free. Be aware you may need to delete the original app first before you can download a new copy.
You can also consult Apple's App Store Troubleshooting Guide, which contains some additional information. If you need further help, please contact Apple's Customer Support from the iTunes Help menu. |
