Whoopie Cushion frequently asked questions
Here is a list of frequently asked questions about the Whoopie Cushion. If you don't find your answer, please submit a question at the bottom of this page.

How do I make the Whoopie Cushion make a...how shall I say it?...sound?

First, open the application by tapping your finger on the icon. Then, simply press the picture of the whoopie cushion to produce a wonderfully rude sound. Note that, as you press, the cushion animates in the center and the, uh, exit flaps while playing the sound, just like the famous real-world, analog whoopie cushion. (Isn't digital technology wonderful?)

Can it make other rude sounds?

You're in luck. The DoApp Whoopie Cushion is a multi-talented iPhone app. Simply press the Edit button to choose the perfect sound for that next devious prank of yours. When you've made your selection from the list, press Done.

How many other available sounds are there?

Who would have believed it possible? The DoApp Whoopie Cushion has a wide variety of ten (count 'em, ten) wonderfully different rude sounds from which to choose. Just scroll through the list.

How do I know what these sounds will sound like?

Well, the names we've given them will give you a hint. But simply listen for yourself first, to be sure you have just the right sound when you're ready for that next prank. Touch the picture of the whoopie cushion to sample the sound -- then, if that's the sound you like, just leave that settting. The next time you launch the app, that's the sound it will make when pressed....or sat on by an unsuspecting friend.

Can damage be done to my iPhone or iPod Touch if someone sits too hard on it when I'm trying to trick them?

You're on your own on that one. DoApp, of course, can assume no liability if your device's screen is cracked. So, beware of particularly large, rotund rear ends that may come into contact with your Whoopie Cushion-equipped device -- or acquaintances who lower their landing gear with too much velocity for it to handle. Please practice safe Whoopie Cushioning. We suggest you perhaps man the controls yourself and try positioning the iPhone near your chosen prankee in a creative manner, so as not to be too obvious -- for example, extending your hand under the table in the direction of your unsuspecting victim. Think of the possibilities....in meetings, restaurants, around the family dining table. (Are you glad you bought an iPhone, or what?)

Am I and my friends allowed to point and laugh at a suspect when the DoApp Whoopie Cushion "goes off"?

By all means, in the spirit of the long-practiced Whoopie Cushion tradition, make your accusations as you see fit.

Why don't I hear the audio?

Be sure that your iPhone is not set to vibrate-only mode. In vibrate-only mode, the application's audio will be muted.

Please describe your question or problem specifically.
